CCC (China Compulsory Certification) is a legal safety and quality mark for products that are being sold on the Chinese market. The CCC mark, which is being used since the 1st of may 2002, is a compulsory legal safety and quality mark for electrical, electronic and many other products that are being sold in China and consolidates the existence of CCIB and CCEE in one Norm. (since the 1st of August 2003) In addition on the safety-tests, the testing of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) is compulsory!

The CCC mark serves as proof that a product can be traded on the Chinese market, imported into China can be used in China. When the CCC mark is being used, the certificate-holder must accept the “Regulations for the Compulsory Product Certification Mark”.
